Professional physiotherapy care in Hutton Rudby

About ME

Cleveland Hills Physiotherapy is an independent home-based clinic in Hutton Rudby, offering physiotherapy, acupuncture and sports massage in a calm, professional setting.I’m Sarah, a HCPC-registered Chartered Physiotherapist with a background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, clinical research, and over 10 years supporting local sport alongside private practice. Alongside my clinical work, I have experience in clinical trials and published research, with a particular interest in persistent pain and rehabilitation. My approach combines evidence-based care with a more personal, approachable experience. Appointments are designed to feel unrushed and individual, with time to properly understand your symptoms, explain what may be contributing to them, and create a realistic plan tailored to your goals.I work with adults of all ages experiencing a wide range of problems including:Back and neck pain
Sports and gym-related injuries
Joint and muscle pain
Headaches and tension
Persistent or recurring aches and pains
Post-operative rehabilitation
Mobility, strength and movement difficulties
Treatment may include physiotherapy rehabilitation, hands-on therapy, acupuncture, sports massage, movement advice and tailored exercise support, depending on what is most appropriate for you.Alongside general musculoskeletal physiotherapy, I also have a growing interest in women’s health and supporting symptoms that may arise during different stages of life, including pregnancy-related musculoskeletal pain, postnatal recovery, and hormonal changes around perimenopause and menopause. You don’t need to be sporty or seriously injured to attend the clinic. Many people book because they want to move more comfortably, reduce tension, stay active, or simply take some time to properly look after themselves.Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing a longer-term issue, or looking to maintain your health and mobility, my aim is to help you feel more confident in your body and get back to the activities that matter to you.
